Keep in mind that butane gas is not suitable for cold weather, as it can freeze at temperatures of -2°C or below. For outdoor use during colder months, consider switching to propane.

If you're switching to a different bottle type, a new CRA may be required.

We provide fast delivery across London and Essex. We offer Free Delivery on orders within our standard catchment area. To confirm if we cover your specific postcode, please enter it at checkout or call our team.
How quickly can I get my gas delivered?
We pride ourselves on speed. Most orders are fulfilled with next-day delivery, and in many cases, we can offer same-day service depending on your location and the time the order is placed.
Do I need an empty bottle to place an order?
- If you have an empty Calor bottle: You simply pay for the gas refill.
- If you do not have an empty bottle: You will need to purchase a "New Cylinder" which includes the one-time Calor Cylinder Refill Agreement charge.
Which gas bottle do I need for my BBQ or Patio Heater?
Most modern BBQs and Patio Heaters use Green Patio Gas (Propane).
- 5kg bottles are ideal for small to medium BBQs.
- 13kg bottles are best for large BBQs and Patio Heaters to ensure you don't run out mid-event.
Do you offer discounts for business or trade users?
Yes! We support local businesses, including restaurants, forklift fleets, and construction sites. We offer special trade pricing for high-volume or regular users. Contact us to open a trade account.
Can I collect my gas bottle instead of waiting for delivery?
Absolutely. You are welcome to visit our 17 Sherrin Road, London, E10 5SQ depot during business hours to purchase or exchange cylinders in person. No pre-order is necessary for collections.
